Culture Snack, the podcast, returns with actual snacks! Gobble up some culture with Kim and Michelle as they try the delicious confections of the Middle East, Turkish Delight, Baklava, Specialty roasted nuts, Turkish coffee, and the super viral Dubai Chocolate at Pistachio in Plano, TX. Pistachio features beautifully made chocolates and treats along with other beautiful gifts.

What makes your drinks better, soothes burns, decreases swelling and more? That’s right, ice cold ice! Doing things on your own can be a delicious experience. Like listening to music and dancing but instead of doing that at home you can do it in a big group at a silent disco event. Together but alone! Come cut a rug with Kim and Michelle as they check out the Silent Disco hosted by the Dallas Farmers Market!

Then the Oddities and Curiosities Expo is for you!  Join Kim and Michelle for PART TWO of their visit to the Dallas edition of this illustrious Expo and find out how there’s more to the odd than meets the eye!

Get a taste of what cool local vendors and artisans have to offer by checking out pop-up markets and vendor fairs! Kim and Michelle support local small businesses and head out to The Rock n Roll Rummage Sale, formerly known as Lola's Rock n Roll Rummage Sale, in Ft. Worth, TX. 

Are you getting enough greens? Join Kim and Michelle as they explore Ephemera, a one-stop plant and comics shop in Fort Worth, Texas. Packed with tantalizing stuff, including jewelry, comics, terrarium-building and every plant imaginable, everyone will find something to satisfy their palate.

What do you know about cowgirls? Well, it’s high time you satisfy your appetite for knowledge with a tall order of awesome exhibits and artifacts all about these amazing women! From trick riding and busting broncos, to sharp shooting and creating new paths - this group includes the first woman to serve as a United States Supreme Court Justice - cowgirls are quite an impressive bunch. Join Kim and Michelle as they learn, explore and chew the fat with Lisa Cartwright, from the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame. 

Grab your sketch pad and pencils because it's time for art class – well, a nude drawing class, to be exact. But Kim and guest host Jacq were not on the menu and kept their skivvies on. They sense your disappointment. 

Reminiscing and dancing to the tasty tunes of the 80s is a great time for everyone. This week, Kim and Michelle twinkle their toes at Arcadia, a monthly DJ night featuring sets by DJs Gabe and La Bruja from Away from the Numbers, and sip some tea with the creator of the alternative calendar Other Voices DFW, Mercedes Mendez.
