Hi Cromwell here,
So this episode is dedicated to the recent deaths of Charlie Kirk & Voddie Baucham. It is an off-the-cuff episode, meaning I felt it was pressing to speak about so I disrupted the previously planned episode on healing.
I call them sleeping cause the Bible gives us that confidence that death is not permanent, and they're heroes not because they were perfect, but had very noble things about them, that I think is what matters when all is said and done.
This episode talks about how I am doing, how I am processing it all and thoughts I have on what we should do going forward. I think it would leave everyone who listens much better.
Enjoy ❤️
It's time to talk about matters of the heart... Yes, those things.
This episode take a very real and gentle approach to a topic that truly deserves it, and that is Healing, healing from the wounds of the heart. But before I share some of the things that took me and others through some dark seasons, we need to answer the question
"Are you hurting?"
Maybe for the first time in a while, or first time ever, you'll ponder this questions, but this episode is a conversation that explores it and three questions to check to see if you are.
There is the tendency to run after this intro, cause no one likes to face this fact, but I promise to be gentle and authentic and this would be worth your time, so come on in.
Enjoy❤️.

This topic is a bit of a hot topic in our culture, and I think we all agree it’s time to get a healthier view on submission out into our culture.
This episode responds to an ideology I came across in a video I stumbled across this week. The approach is to recap the video and point out some gaps in the approach to submission, walk through the problem with submission in today’s culture, and then I walk through the beautiful, amazing, healthy picture of submission, the way God intended it to be, something we all want.
So you may have been hurt or even been struggling with the word, or the concept, I would recommend you listen, you’d be better for it. I don’t believe I am perfect, but this is my attempt at progression vs perfection, and taking a step in the right direction that I think helps the current conversation in culture.
Let me know what you think, promise you’d listen to the end, it gets gooder and gooder as you listen. And share with someone, both men and women, and let’s get a healthy view out there.
P.S. I totally botched the quote at (27:14) 😂, it was “the whole is greater than the sum of the parts”
Enjoy ❤️

Hi Cromwell here,
The word "Focus", probably gets different reactions, motivational videos, gym rats, the movie with Will Smith from 2015 etc. If you are like me, it probably feels like being confined or restrained.
No matter where you are at, this episode is a balanced perspective of my journey of becoming friends with the idea of focus this year. This episode will be practical, will approach this subject in a healthy way and through my story gives you somethings to take those little or big steps that go a very long way. Enjoy ❤️
Hi, Cromwell here. What if I told you that one of the most striking lessons I learnt this year was from… Dominos.
Join me in this episode, as we learn something so powerful from something so simple about how we work as humans and how to use that to your advantage in our journey.
We are all like Dominos! That was supposed to be the title actually (lol), but we’d stick with this.
Welcome to Cromwell’s Harbor — a safe space for conversations that shape us for the better, and a home for those who long to truly live the way we were created to.
Enjoy❤️

Hi, Welcome to the Harbor.
In this episode, I share one of the gems I picked from 2025. A lesson, I feel, no matter where you are, at some point in life, you'd have to use to truly grow.
What progression looks like over expecting perfection, and how it actually is the true path to the growth that perfection demands.
It's the episode you've been looking for, don't forget to share with someone and share your journey with me too.
Enjoy ❤️

We’ve been talking about gas stations and if you don't know what that means, you can catch up from the previous episodes.
In this episode, I share an approach to reflection I think you should try from my experience with my own mid-year gas station. No fluff, just real stuff, and a new way of trying something that has changed my life and can change yours.
This episode is for the people looking for more of the "How?", and others who are looking for how to strike the balance of moving forward but losing yourself in this process.
Enjoy the episode & don't forget our pact❤️

Hi, so... we got the chance to talk about resting and taking time out in the previous episode. In this episode, we get to hear from others on how the year has been and the lessons they've picked along the way.
You'd leave it with two things, comfort and wisdom you need to take with you on your own mid-year gas station.
P.S. I know it's August now 😂 but it's still golden considering it's technically counts as the middle of the year.
Don't just listen, ask yourself the same questions and don't do it alone, share the journey with a friend, or someone you care about. And like I asked in the episode, share your feedback with me in person, on my socials or in the comments.
Enjoy ❤️

This episode is the first of two of your mid-year gas station.
By gas station, I mean in a similar way of how you get to refresh at stations during long road trips, this episode is that much-needed rest and refresh ahead of the rest of 2025.
In this episode, I talk about my journey with rest and why I think you should rest too. Enjoy ❤️
