Ellen Rae Greenberg was found dead in her apartment on January 26 2011. She was 27 years old and was engaged to be married to Samuel Goldberg. Goldberg called 911 claiming he found Ellen unresponsive. Police were quick to determine she died by suicide – despite the 20 stab wounds, 10 of which were to the back of her head and neck - and a knife protruding from her heart.
