This eipsode started with a reflection on the passing of Aretha Franklin and how she was so iconic and had literaly changed the musical landscpade, and how those kinds of "game changers" are so few now. But we quickly moved to the notion of how the industry itself, especially considering technology advancements (and dependancy) has meant that being a game changer is much less common, regardless of actual musical skills.
This epsiode was short since it was recorded during a lunch break, with a group of students all crammed into the CMAS control room, so it sounds a bit chaotic at times, but the conversation was great and it will clearly lead to a lot more.
