Today I talk about self-criticism and how it can trap us in a loop, a cycle. This can go on for years without us hardly noticing (becoming ingrained), and making it hard to weed out. Or we notice it, but it has become so reflexive that we get stuck on how to address it. I share a few things that have helped myself and others in battling this beast.
