Today, Corporate-ish is having a conversation with Dr. Anancia Stafford. Dr. Stafford is a fully licensed Chicago-born and Chicago-based psychotherapist, consultant, speaker and educator. She has served as an assistant professor at DePaul University as well as a behavioral health specialist at various locations. Dr. Stafford owns a private practice titled Inner Peaces Counseling and Consulting LLC which provides mental health therapy to individuals, couples and families. She has a decade of experience with providing mental health treatment, guiding behavior modification and providing education. We'll talk about microaggressions, corporate PTSD, setting boundaries, taking time off, and why mental health is important to being successful.
