three key takeaways from the past few months with me spending time on adjusting to lots of new happenings. quite a journey for me though i seemed to have only barely scratch the surface of it in this episode. after a long while i came across an unexpected timing to record, which i was so glad of. enjoy and i'll surely dive deeper in other future eps.
when it comes to habits or routines, just keep this in mind: the progress matters more than the outcome. this time i'm sharing a few of my habits. it's just the prelude though 'cause there's so much that could be covered in this topic, so i called it a 'part.1' :) hoping it could be an inspiration for some of you!
when i was recording i did not have complete control over clarity in my mind. this is the very reason we need to discuss it. i believe over the course of our life we'd be searching for inner clarity continuously. sometimes we grasp it sometimes we just don't and this is totally fine. bear with me!
finally i'm out there! a very exciting occasion for me. as i said, this is an introductory episode, and also a trial-and-error one. i suppose i'm like any newbie who needs time and practice to perfect things. but i do have a eager for growth with this podcast. i aspire to grow with you all too. wishing you all the very best of days xx
