Kris has an extensive background, having contributed to 40+ net positive impact enterprises across various sectors, including critical minerals, education, non-profit, and sustainable manufacturing through the Ethical Kollektiv project. His expertise encompasses operations, management, digital strategy, business and sales development, marketing management, and consulting. Proficient in MVP principles, lean methodologies, and project management. 

In this episode of Conversations with CSG, we talk through Adoxima the battery metal start-up, exploring the technology behind this new solution. Kris has been a part of the Adoxima team since its inception, helping secure SEED investments along with the private and government partnerships that will enable Adoxima to reach its key milestones to commence full-scale operations. 

Adoxima is a startup within the advanced materials manufacturing space, they have developed a new way of doing chemistry that is not only more sustainable but delivers higher quality oxide materials than traditional processes whilst generating pure hydrogen gas as the only by-product. The process not only eliminates toxic waste, but it also generates green energy as a byproduct. 

Throughout the episode, we discuss Adoxima’s success so far, and the plans and goals for both the short and long term. Kris shares with us the type of culture they are building at Adoxima, one heavily centred around principles and trust. He also shares with us the type of talent they’re keen to have join them on this exciting start-up journey, with standout traits being individuals with a growth mindset and committed on ongoing learning.
