We love Sundays, and we all know what that means, a new episode! Today we cover my 29 takeaways from my 20s and how I will be carrying these lessons into my new decade.
I feel like the year before a new decade sets the tone for what's to come on your new lap and I've been extremely intentional about my last trip around the sun of my 20s. I hope this episode encourages the kollectiv to also take some time and stock of their takeaways as they go into a new age.
Another Sunday, another Kollectiv gathering. We will never stop giving gratitude on every chance we get to connect to our kommunity, so thank you for tuning in.
On today's episode, we talk about being the generational curse breaker aka The Breakthrough Kid! We touch on being the first of many, fortified grounds, the transformation of isolation to the bliss of solitude, making peace with was, is and still to come, a spiritually orchestrated kommunity, and so much more.
Tap in and let us get into it!
We baaaaack! It feels so good to connect again. On today's episode we do a quick recap on the year that was and some special news I get to share with the Kollectiv. I also speak on the Burnt Toast Theory and Divine Redirection in all life's aspects. As always I hope today's episode does a one-up! for your soul.
Until the next episode, stay blessed.
Get your tea ready, incense burning, and let's get into it!
In today's episode, we look at the realities of friendship breakups. The signs that may lead to the ending of the friendship, When to let go and when to hold on, the restoration of what was to what can be, expectations and responsibilities within your friendships circles, the importance of commitment in friendships and how that may look and feel like and the overall feeling of a healed happy and healthy friendship.

Hello to our favourite Kollectiv.
We know that second Sundays are dedicated to CIB episodes and as the saying goes "better late than never", serves relevance in this case as we went live a few days late than expected. In the same breath, we appreciate the kollectiv patience from our CIB family and would like to believe this episode was worth the wait. We've broken down the episode coverage for your spirit to resonate and for audio enjoyment.
28:45 - Formal housekeeping, while taking the time to appreciate our audience connecting from all around the world plus we cover an extract from the book "A fire like you" by Upile Chisala as our words/quote of the day. We jumped straight right into the episode's topic by defining Hyper Independence from trusted sources and unearthing even more from a soul-led perspective the cracks of this infamous chokehold.
28:49 - 56:84 - Signs of Hyper independence in our daily lives and the defensiveness we may be facing in not recognizing this sense of life as a trauma response and how trauma can birth hyper-independence. Another look is the realities of how "HI" can move from being fulfilling in terms of reaching our accomplishment to how its shifts to a negative effect and affect your overall overview in relationships, self-worth, and navigation of living in community with others.
56:85 - 01:27:17 How to navigate and unlearn hyper-independence and form healthy and fulfilling dependence patterns in your every day while honoring the power that comes with maintaining a sense of independence for yourself and those around you.
If there was a quote to speak on this episode, it would be from my favourite author, Anais Nin I quote `' And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to bloom". Journeying with Fundiswa Ntoyi on our first official episode for season two, we got to spend time with a multifaceted creative, and phenomenal soul, who encompasses so much grace and warmth, you can't help but be drawn more and more into the conversation.
We delved into her season of transformation, the need to heal, what she had to face in order to make it to the other side, difficult truths, and who is Fundiswa 2.0.
Like every episode we share, the intention is to resonate and grow as part of the kollectiv and we hope we did just that and even more.

Possibly the longest episode of the season, rightfully so seeing that it's the last one for season 1.
Let's get into this QnA! as we bring such a beautiful and fulfilling season to an end. I guarantee you, as like every episode this one is well worth your time ;). Thank you to each and everyone who journeyed with CIB this season, words can never amount to the gratitude I have for the Kollective, Ngiyabonga. The 6 episodes have been soul-fulfilling. 7 symbolizes a time for rest and realignment for even more betterment, as we hit reset and plan for the new season, I believe it will be everything and more.
Until then, I hope life continues to be kind, filled with ease and an abundance of comfort, and most especially the right kind of love.

Hello to my favourite circle, the collective.
This episode is personal. It's me being vulnerable, mostly because I know the CIB kollective is a safe space. I felt it's only fair that I wear my heart on my sleeve and just share how I've been feeling lately. I believe it's important to speak about all the days we experience. The good, bad, sad, confusing as well as all the in-betweens. There is such a great joy I feel when I record an episode, hence I knew that doing this episode will contribute positively to my constant journey to healing.
I've experienced a lot of losses in my life but none can compare to my mom's passing. 14 Years later her passing anniversary week still has me in a bag of mixed emotions. Talking about has become a form of therapy for me, something my unhealed, younger self couldn't bear. I felt safe enough to do that on today's episode, seeing that comfort and care are what the kollective is known for, for which I am truly grateful.
I'd say enjoy this episode but I believe it will each and everyone who tunes in will take what they need to take. Plus I share my 7-day holistically cleanse plan for the new week which is focused on resting, restoring, reevaluating, and reviving all the important parts of me that contribute to my sovereignty. Putting in the work! lol.
As with every episode, I hope today's conversation does a 1-up to the betterment of your soul.

A blessed and warm welcome to my favourite Kollective
We are soul excited to have our very first guest, Khanyisile Ntuli. Founder of Set Her Up To Win Book club. Khanyi is a passionate 27-year-old Occupational Therapist who is a firm believer in women's empowerment + creating spaces that honour the power of the feminine self.
Today we speak on the power of manifestation, words, and affirmations. The personal definition of manifestation and how Khanyi has seen God move in her life and affirm the promises that are set in her life. How the waiting in the promise looks like, lessons learned in the wait as well as personal testimonies that affirmed the promise of Yes and Amen.
As with every episode, we hope this one also moves your spirit in the intended direction.

Welcome to my favourite Kollective, soul glad you could tune in. Today we touch on self-care and self-love. Two terms that you're accustomed to or even consciously work towards. We highlight the importance of self-care and what self-love looks and how it's a personal and self-defining journey. Community is important when journeying in defining who you are, how you want to be received, and how important it is to have a relationship with yourself firstly, that will then allow you to define how love is meant to feel from other people, environments and surroundings.
As always, I hope today's episode contributes positively to your sense of self.

In my personal journey, it’s always been conversations that can be called the “ad breaks” from the main conversations that ushered my constant sovereign state of being.
I look forward to journeying as a collective this season and seeing how much we can unravel together. Join me next Sunday for our very first episode, until then stay blessed.
