 Volvo Construction Equipment launches new equipment in India Volvo Construction Equipment launched a new range of compactors, pneumatic rollers, pavers and wheel loaders for the Indian market. The company said that the machines of the new generation promise to finish across a variety of projects and deliver outstanding performance with best-in-class fuel consumption and maximum reliability.

 Adani and RIL units plan to scale up drone production in India
The development coincides with India's recent liberalisation of drone regulations, which Prime Minister Narendra Modi described as a landmark moment for the country. The total addressable market potential for drones in India is estimated to be Rs 3 lakh crore, or $40 billion, according to a Ficci study.

 Mumbai, Delhi listed in EIU’s top 50 safest cities in the world
New Delhi and Mumbai have made it to the top 50 on the Global Safe Cities Index 2021, with a score of 56.1 and 54.4, respectively. The first 10 safest cities from the Index are Copenhagen, Toronto, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo, Amsterdam, Wellington, Hong Kong, Melbourne, and Stockholm.

 SC issues notice to demolish Supertech twin towers in Noida
The Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered the demolition of twin 40-storey towers in Supertech Ltd;s Emerald Court project in Noida for violating building by-laws in collusion with authority officials, dealing a blow to the real estate giant. Apex and Ceyane, two towers of Supertech's Emerald Court Project in Sector 93, have a total of 915 apartments and 21 shops.
