I am so excited to have your yoga teacher’s favorite yoga teacher on the show, Alicia Wilford. I love taking Alicia’s yoga classes because of how she makes you feel motivated and seen throughout the flow. She has created such a beautiful community within her classes. It is not uncommon to see yogis cheering each other on or catching up well after the class has ended. The way that she carries herself and the stories that she tells her students are inspiring. I learned so much about Alicia during this conversation, and it only makes me more in awe of her. Hear her story and her advice for feeling intentionally grounded now! 

Alicia is originally from New Orleans, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, her intention is to help clients connect with their inner selves, encouraging them to step out of their comfort zones and explore their potential.In addition to teaching yoga, Alicia is also ordained and can officiate weddings, creating a unique and meaningful experience for couples. Whether you’re new to yoga or curious about pushing your boundaries, I’d love to connect. I hold certifications  RYT of 500-hour, along with holistic coaching and personal trainer. Let’s create a practice that resonates with your unique body and spirit.
