It is that time of the week again but don't be misled, this episode is not about me! Contrary to popular belief (Instagram polls), this is not a 15 minute confession episode ranting about why I hate love. You can't hate what you've never had :) Can you? Instead, this is an episode where I ask college students about their valentine experiences. Seeing as I asked them about their best and worst experiences, this is an episode that will either make you jealous that you don't have love in your life or make you thankful that you've not experienced such a horrible event. Either way, this is an episode you do not want to miss!
Tell me a better way to open up a new season than by reacting to messy confessions from listeners! After exposing myself for two seasons I found it selfless to get to know you as well. I was wrong. I went through a wave of emotions reading it all and will be seeking therapy on your behalf (hence why I'm now monetized). This shouldn't deter you from seeking professional help though, it should motivate you! It is obvious you are going through it.
P.S. Can you guess my confession? If you can, send me a voice message through this link: https://anchor.fm/coask/message OR dm @bola.ao on ig

The Season of the Season Finale is upon us again and I'm so glad I'm ending with such a fun-filled episode! In this episode, I am joined with YouTuber, That.African.Chic and we'll be spilling our unpopular opinions. We were really on some 'you can't sit with us' vibe so this episode is one you don't want to miss if you want to sit with us! Join two teenagers as they discuss everything from bringing your personal life to social media, the use of the term 'What's up' while texting, and even covering your partner's face on the gram, courtesy of the emoji man. The Bible is filled with so much wisdom and insight that it was so hard to skip a confession of my favorite Bible verses. In this episode, Podcaster, Grace from The Daily Dose of Grace podcast as well as I, shared six Bible verses each that have pulled us out of dark times, given us hope when we were strolling the darkest alleys, and further strengthened our faith in the almighty Savior, that is Christ. This episode was filled with so much joy and I'm glad I got to record it with such gentleness. I know you're going to be blessed by it. So, quit stalling here and listen to this terrific 1-hour long episode!
Can you tell I'm in Spain without the 'S.' This week, I got my sister to read you my diary which contains my deepest and darkest secrets. From crushes, hurdles in friendship, to an identity crisis, the diary tells all! Make sure to listen to this episode as she reinforces my need for therapy.
Ever wondered why the average introvert acts the way they do (according to some extroverts, 'weird' cuts it)? In this episode, I react to misconceptions the average person (imposing extroverts) has about introverts. At least, according to an article by Verywell Mind. In this thirty-five-minute audio of acknowledging some fairly questionable misinterpretations such as being rude; others bizarre like agoraphobia. I can't promise it doesn't include my teenage self rambling and talking out of the topic. However, I can promise it's a very lighthearted episode, and just me cackling with laughter will get you out of whatever down mood you're in. So tune in right now!
With the occurrence of hurdles in life comes most of us crashing in our mental health and it certainly was no different in TBO's case. Having witnessed consecutive traumatic experiences, body dysmorphia became a friend to the Nigerian teenager. In this episode, podcaster and YouTuber, Teni shares the struggles he had with his body image when his body dysmorphia surfaced two years ago after some majorly cathartic events in his life. He certainly leaves no topic unturned as he discusses the general popularity of body image issues in males, the drift in his faith in Jesus that occurred as a result of this experience, and the need to foster an atmosphere of body neutrality as opposed to body positivity. You need not tell me twice, this episode is heavily packed but hardly one to skip.
This month is sexual assault awareness month and today, I took it upon myself to voice my thoughts as it pertains to rape culture. In this episode, I share my personal experiences with sexual harassment, the guilt and shame I felt afterward as well as the mental scarring I still carry. I also touch on how this cancerous culture is constantly improved by the media through the portrayal of gendered violence, trivializing sexual abuse, and much more with no form of accountability. If you'd like to listen to all these and more, please make sure to tune in to this episode.
Nobody asked I know, but I turned seventeen last month! And having turned this age between your supposed innocent teenage-days (sweet sixteen) and the start of your adulting (legalistic eighteen), I figured it was a bright opportunity to share what I was grateful for and also what I regret as a seventeen-year-old. Things I mentioned on this episode range from regrets I had as an high-schooler and just a teen in general. Enjoy these fifteen minutes of talking to myself about things I cannot change seeing as it isn't just a random episode but the Season Finale of season one of the podcast!
You've probably heard the saying, 'not all advice is good advice.' In this episode, I speak on the heavily saturated posts we see on Instagram that embody this saying. If you think you've seen it all and can't be annoyed anymore, you'll be pleading for your hearing sanity back after listening to this episode.

At 10 years old, you were probably playing video games as you gossiped about annoying teachers. While I did all that, I also sprinkled in a bit more rubbish. In this episode, I reveal what doing adolescent years way different from peers means.
