In this episode, I interview Frances, aka The Modern Life Coach in her story of growing up in the Philippines as a catholic school girl to becoming a sex and relationships coach in Canada. She talks about her rigid upbringing, her first tinder date that went bad, and how she overcame her past trauma and conditioning which led to her own sexual liberation.

"This journey to sexual liberation is so important to me because sexuality can be connected to spirituality"
