In this episode I talk about how faithful the Lord has been through our school this year. Even with how insane this last year has been the Lord has provided A feast for me in His word when I sit at the table and homeschool. Even if you're not a homeschool mama I hope this episode shines a light on how you can be prayerful and a support to the house for Mom or Mama in your life.

A friend and I were discussing about how we struggle with homemaking, but yet it's important and we need to be intentional. I wanted to learn and grow in this area of being faithful to build a home. I STILL am! We NEED to be intentional and have a plan. Resources & encouragement are a MUST if you struggle like me. One of the goals with @confessions_ofahomemaker podcast and blog in the making is too help women persevere and be faithful with what is in front of us. Theology plays a huge role here. Well, it did for me at least. Women are to build a home and prepare a home just like the Father is preparing a place and home for us! We can partner with God (the Holy Spirit) to build and prepare a place of belonging and becoming. (Sally Clarkson). ♥️ Ask Him to lead you in this!

In this episode I discussed three gentle ways to practically use an approach apologetics.

What are your family priorities? Whatever they are let's be vigilant as mamas to protect those things. One of our priorities is in living a slower paced life. In this episode I discuss the upcoming soccer season for my kiddos and how I am aiming to protect our peace in this season. Also, an update as I rebrand! ✌️

Finally! The for the rhythm of play episode. Me and my husband want our children to have a real childhood! In this, I talk about how we can help them explore the world around them through play. Let them be little!

Hey you, mama who has chosen to homeschool! How's it going mid year?📚 How's it going so far? If you are discouraged or frustrated in your school in ANYWAY. May I offer some insight? It may or may not prove to be helpful. Take it or leave it! Do a check in. Here are some areas: curriculum, co ops, field trips and/ or nature exploring, play groups, your activities, kids activities, time as a family, alone time with husband, sleep, keeping up a tidy-ish home. Ect this is NOT an exhaustive list. I had to do this the last two weeks. It's been such a helpful tool! Can I make some suggestions and offer you encouragement? Here ya go!

Finding leadership in marriage

Do you struggle with anger? Do you struggle with anger in your motherhood? It took me a couple of years for the Lord to point this sin out! Anger is an emotion. Emotions arent bad. They are good, but we can sin in your anger.

So we really have a heart posture of humility? Especially, with our family and others IN Christ? Do we think we are above certain things? Do we have a thought life that makes others less than? Do we TREAT others this way? To the Word we go! Let's have the attitude of Christ.♡

When you day starts hopeless. Remember our hope is in a person. Jesus. He will be with us all day. Our job is to trust Him and be faithful with the day.
