The aunties are back to business! Ashley and Lexie jump back in and let the listeners know where TF they’ve been and do a quick 2024 wrap up. The girls introduce their new themes for the year of 2025, Ashley’s theme is selfish and Lex chose elevation.
Our hearts go out to all the families affected but the vicious LA wildfires that are sweeping through the city. The people of Los Angeles have really shown out for the community with hundreds of volunteers organizing disaster relief efforts. Lex talks about how beautiful her day was volunteering with Sandals Church in Azusa and Dream Center LA in Echo Park.
There’s nothing like gossiping with your Nonna, Lex tells us how disappointed she was with the Steelers performance in the postseason. The NBA is losing viewership so the players started fighting. Prayers for Lakers head Coach JJ Redick who lost his home in the wildfires.

Blacc Sam: Continuing the late great NIpsey Hussle’s legacy, his big brother has continued holding it down by opening The Marathon Rooftop and Marathon Burger both on Melrose Avenue. Also, Blacc Sam has announced that the original flagship Marathon store will be turned into a boys and girls club type community for the youth which will include a music program.
Altadena Girls: Fire Recovery fundraiser put on by Avery and the teen girls affected by the Altadena/Pasadena fires. These young girls started this disaster relief effort with intentions to focus on self care items so they can feel some normalcy.
