A specialist in diversity and inclusion, Tamiles brings over 13 years of experience across grassroots work, university teaching, and academic research focused on racial equity.She has worked in multiple sectors and She is currently the coordinator of affirmative action initiatives in the private sector at Brazil’s Ministry of Racial Equality. The daughter of two Bahian parents, Tamiles travels the country with one clear mission: to actively contribute to meaningful change.In this episode, Tamiles shares powerful insights on:• The impact of support networks• The Black experience in Brazilian universities• The challenges of building true racial diversity in the workplace
