Today, we're back to our entrees, and today we're making some steak kebabs! This is a relatively quick recipe, so you can throw it together almost any day of the week. So, without further ado, let's get cooking!
Ingredients
28 oz. can of diced tomatoes (drained)
1 cup of corn (fresh or thawed)
1 can beans (pink or kidney) (drained)
2 tbs vinegar
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
1-1.5 lbs kebab meat/ stew meat (~1 inch cubes)
Tools
Skewers (metal or bamboo)
9X13 dish
