In this weeks episode, Ashley & Brittany talk about relationships, first dates, and masculine/feminine energy and Brittany also shares something personal that is going in her life. We talk about the stages of grief during breakups and how this is a time to really focus on you - reflecting, healing, journaling, and just becoming the best version of you. We also talk about the yin and yang balance/masculine and feminine energy that is needed for a healthy relationship. As women, we often operate in our masculine energy as a safety mechanism, because of work, or due to our upbringing but this can really affect the quality of our relationship with our significant other. We share some examples and how you can tap more into your feminine which is nurturing, loving, receptive, compassionate, and caring. We hope you enjoy this episode.
