In this weeks episode, we update you guys on a few things; one disturbing convo about a TikTok Brittany recently watched about children youtube videos and angel numbers - where they came from? We also chat all about the pain body; where we store different repressed emotions and traumas from our childhood and adulthood in our bodies. This is such an interesting and eye opening topic because we often blame things outside of us for our "issues", when in reality our problems are much more deeply rooted and come from within us. We have to learn how to release and express these emotions on a healthy level, so we give you guys a few tips and tricks on how to do so on your own healing time. Just remember - healing is a marathon, not a sprint. It is something that you will be working on for the rest of your life.
