Welcome to our new podcast series for 2020: Coffee and Conversation – Workplace Wisdom Unleashed! For 2020, we are moving our monthly, written newsletter over into podcast format, so that you can download and listen while on the go! In the 20 or so years that we have been in executive coaching and organisational development, we have seen the world of the workplace evolve. New trends affecting best practice in leadership, culture and how we organise our work have emerged; others have fallen by the wayside. Along the way, we have been privileged to meet and work with people like you. You have shared your stories; your triumphs and tribulations. We know how powerful these personal stories can be. They have shaped our thinking and we have witnessed the same in people that we work with. And so, as we continue to evolve, we wanted to find a way to capture these stories and share them with you. The output of that creative process? Well, throughout 2020, we will be recording a series of informal conversations with senior business leaders and influencers over a relaxed cup of coffee. Each conversation will have a particular theme, illustrated by our guests’ personal experiences in leading themselves and others.
