Come join Corbick and BrooksTheDoggo listen to Roukan as he recounts the history of the cherished cocktail we all love, the Margarita. After a brief history lesson, the lads discuss their own methods and ways to prepare this delectable drink! The question is... are you a Applebees, Southwest Applebees, Down Under Applebees, or the menu-that-is-too-much Applebees margarita fan... jk (Roukan doesn't like these restaurants).

• Original Drinks:
  • Roukan’s Personal Creation:
    • Smoked Guava Cocktail
      1. Ingredients:
         • 2 oz Mezcal
         • 1 oz Guava juice or puree
         • 1 oz lemon juice
         • 1/2 oz agave nectar or syrup
         • 2 dash Angostura bitters
         • 1 dash Peychauds bitters
         • 1 flame kissed Jalapeno pepper
         • Crystal clear ice ball
         • Smoked salt

1. Smoke a glass using a smoker and woodchips
2. Fill the smoked glass with crystal clear ice ball
3. In the cocktail shaker muddle flame kissed jalapeno pepper then add Mezcal, guava juice (or puree), lemon juice, agave nectar (or syrup) and both Angostura and Peychauds' bitters
4. Shake for 15 - 20 seconds
5. Strain mixture into the smoked glass over ice ball
6. Garnish with slice of jalapeno and sprinkle smoked sea salt over top

• Brooks the Doggo
  • Mezcal 2.5 oz
  • Pineapple, Orange Banana Dole 1oz
  • Lime .5oz
  • Agave .5oz
  • 2-3 dash fire water bitters
  • Rim Tahiana
  • Serve with Buzz Buttons and Grilled Pineapple
  • Top with soda water?

Shake ingredients 15-20 seconds in shaker server strain in highball glass with Ice Spear pre rimmed serve glass top with soda water

• Corbick
  • 2oz London Dry Gin
  • 1oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2oz Smoked Kiwi Juice
  • 1/2oz Lime Juice
  • 1/4oz Simple Syrup
  • Soda Water

Smoke Kiwi Juice in separate glass. Add Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup and Smoked Kiwi Juice in a mixing glass with ice, mix to combine and pour into a Collins glass with ice, top off with soda water.

Roukan:

• Dole Whip Float - Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom
  • Ingredients
    • Dole Whip
      • 1 cup water
      • 1.5 cup granulated sugar
      • 2 cups chilled pineapple juice
      • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    • For Float
      • 1 cup chilled pineapple juice
• To make Dole Whip
  • Create a simple syrup and allow to cool (min 2 hr in fridge)
  • Combine pineapple juice and ½ cup chilled simple syrup with lime juice and stir. Pour into ice cream machine and run until creamy
  • Scoop mixture into a sealable container and freeze for ~30 min or slightly firm
  • Pour pineapple juice into a float glass and top with piped dole whip

Brooks:

The Jedi Mind Trick

• 2oz Grapefruit rose vodka
• 1.5 oz Falernum
• 1oz grape juice
• .5oz blue curacoa
• .5oz lime
• 2-3 dash bitters

Corbick:

Rosemary Cooler (Non Alcholic)

• 4oz Minute Maid® Premium Lemonade,
• 1tsp Vanilla
• 1 Sprig of Rosemary

Rosemary Cooler Cocktail

• 2oz of (Softer) Gin (example Aviation Gin)
• 1oz Rosemary Liqueur
• 1oz Simple Syrup
• 2oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• Top of with Soda Water

12. Hot Toddy [Roukan]

¾ cup water

• 1 ½ ounces whiskey
• 2 to 3 teaspoons honey, to taste
• 2 to 3 teaspoons lemon juice, to taste
• 1 lemon round
• 1 cinnamon stick (optional, for garnish)

11 . Classic Manhattan [Brooks]

• 2 ounces rye whiskey
• 1 ounce sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• Garnish: brandied cherry (or lemon twist, if preferred)

ROUKAN 10. Apple Cider Old Fashioneds [Roukan]

• 2 ounces quality apple cider or juice
• Dash of angostura bitters
• ½ teaspoon brown sugar
• 2 ounces bourbon whiskey
• Ice , for serving

9. Irish Mule [Corbick]

• 2 ounces (¼ cup) Irish whiskey
• ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) fresh lime juice
• 4 ounces (½ cup) ginger beer
• For serving: ice, lime wedge, fresh mint

8.Santa Clausmopolitans [Brooks]

• Candy cane, for rim (optional, feel free to use sugar instead)
• One lime wedge, along with the juice and reserved zest of one half
• 1.5 oz citrus vodka or regular vodka (one shot)*
• 2 oz cranberry juice (.25 cups)
• 1 oz Cointreau (optional)
• Fresh cranberries for garnishing, optional

• Cocoa powder, to rim glass
• 1 ounce chocolate liqueur (such as Godiva), plus more for rimming glass
• 1 ounce creme de cacao (such as Giffard)
• 1 ounce vodka
• 1/2 ounce half-and-half

6. Whiskey Ginger [Corbick]

• 2 parts Basil Hayden® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
• 1 part Lime Juice
• 1/2 part Fresh Ginger
• 1/3 parts Simple Syrup
• Sprig of Rosemary (for garnish)
• Candied Ginger (for garnish)

Or

• 1 ½ oz Whiskey
• Ginger Beer
• Lime Wedge

5. Pecan Pie Martini(Brooks)

• 2 tablespoons toasted pecan halves, crushed
• 1 ½ tablespoons pure maple syrup
• Ice (Optional)
• 2 ounces bourbon
• 2 ounces maple-pecan liqueur
• 3 tablespoons heavy cream
• Whipped cream and pecan halves for garnish

4. Hot Buttered Rum [Corbick]

• 2 ounces gold rum
• 1 tablespoon hot buttered rum batter*
• Boiling water, to top
• Garnish: nutmeg, freshly grated
