I provide some actionable steps to help you determine if your circle is an asset or a liability, and I hold you accountable too! You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. Who are these five people?
Have you ever thought about your circle? Your circle is the people who influence your daily thinking and behavior. The word "circle" may conjure up images of a group of friends, but it's more than that. Your circle includes anyone who has an impact on you—and that could be someone you work with, someone who lives in your house, or even just a family member or close friend.
Your circle is also made up of those who are close to you and those who are distant—the ones closest to you should be there because they support your growth as an entrepreneur, while those more distant should be there because they share similar values or interests with you.
But how do you know if your circle is doing what it should? And what can you do about it if it isn't?
I'm so glad you asked! In this video, I'll walk through some actionable steps to help determine if your circle is an asset or liability. And then I'll hold YOU accountable too!
