In this episode, we discuss chapter 3, The Mental Lab, and chapter 4, A Savage Reborn. Within these chapters, there are podcast's that David Goggins and Adam Skolnick step aside from the book to go more in depth. Podcast 8 imbedded within these chapters is where David and his mother, Jackie Goggins, discuss their time and the similarities that they both experienced when living with David's father. This has been our favorite chapters so far as we were able to get a deep dive into the horrible times they lived through together.
