On this show, Quinn Henoch and Zak Gabor welcome a special guest onto the show - Ramsey Nijem who is the Director of Performance for the men’s basketball team at the University of Kansas. And before that, Ramsey worked for years in the NBA as a head strength & conditioning coach, so needless to say, he knows a thing or two about working with basketball players and teams at the highest levels. 

We go into so much on this show - what it’s like working within a high performance staff and how all the different hats of S&C, rehab, sport coaches all work together, differences in how he planned and programmed training in the NBA vs. college; how his training programs are structured from off season to in season, how he manages training when injuries or fatigue are present within the team or individual athletes to still help them get some kind of training effect in season,
