In This Episode, we spoke with Dr Anwar Al-ibrahim who has a PhD in civil engineering. She earned her PhD degree from North Carolina State University. She is currently a faculty member at the college of engineering and petroleum, Kuwait University since February 2006. In addition to her teaching position, she is held the position of assistant director for the construction program responsible for supervising the construction of the new Kuwait University campus in Shedadeya since February 2013. Dr Anwar has also worked as the assistant of vice dean for planning at Kuwait University from 2008 till 2010. Isaac Oakeson, PE is a professional engineer in the state of Utah, USA. He's a practising engineer in the utility industry designing transmission lines for high voltage power line systems. He's also been a project manager and supervisor. He is the founder of Civilengineeringacademy.com which was built from the ground up to help engineers earn their professional engineering license in the US. He has over 35,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel, runs the Civil Engineering Academy podcast, and has 3 daughters with one boy that was just born. Life is busy for him but he has found a way to still contribute to the things he loves doing and he tries to help pass on his knowledge to the next up-and-coming engineer.
Dr Stephanie Ryan, PhD is a chemist, a boy mom, and a social media influencer who enjoys using her background to create superior educational products and content.
Although an academic at heart, Dr Stephanie is passionate about learning through play. She can be found helping young kids explore the fascinating world around them. She also published a book called " Let's Learn about Chemistry" where you can find it here.
Over the years, Dr Stephanie has taught science to all age groups, both in and out of the classroom, helping toddlers learn about their world and college students define theirs. She is an active member of the chemistry education community and is currently a committee member of the International Activities Committee for the Division of Chemical Education.
Dr Stephanie earned her PhD in the Learning Sciences and her M.S. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She earned her B.S. in Chemistry from Saint Mary’s College.

He lives in Arlington, Virginia, USA. He was a former Green Beret SCUBA medic with the U.S. Army’s 7th Special Forces Group, he is an avid SCUBA diver, motorcyclist, and amateur herpetologist.
