Key agenda items include adopting special tax rates for numerous Community Facilities Districts, approving contracts for city infrastructure projects, and holding public hearings on maintenance assessments, street lighting, and new municipal code regulations, including drone use and camping rules. The council will also consider grant acceptances, compensation updates, and the scheduling of a special election for two referendum petitions.

The eminent domain issue got delayed, but everything else got passed. Some interesting things to note, the city bought mobile bollards to help secure Euclid during big events, the downtown Ontario improvement association annual report, and some water and sewer projects.
The Ontario City Council will be reviewing an update to municipal codes around our water services, and discussing an issue involving eminent domain. Since they did not address the issue in the last meeting, we are reviewing it again to stay in line with the meetings as they happen.
