Tay shares how losing her dad has strengthened her faith & relationship with God. We chat grief, marriage, religion and how God is apart of her life daily. We share our hearts on how crucial it is as Christian’s to have God at the centre of our lives and apart of every decision that we make for ourselves and families. This week we had the pleasure of having two incredible sisters on the poddy.

Olympic silver medalist Nicola Olyslagers and Australian sprinter Naa Anang. The conversation was filled with wisdom, sharing there testimonies and journey in sports was so encouraging. We chat about how there ministry everlasting crowns came into fruition and how they want to impact the sports world for Christian athletes. It was a pleasure having them both on the podcast to be the light of Jesus. Two amazing women of God doing great things for the Kingdom.

This weeks episode we catch up on life and discussed
“ The parable of the barren fig tree”. There is so much goodness in this parable. We relate this parable into our lives and how we walk daily. This solo episode is all about asking ourselves what our lives look like as a fig tree. Are we bearing fruit? Are we serving a purpose or just taking up space. This episode is a great reminder to access our lives and be truthful about where we stand with the lord. Are we living for ourselves or on the vine in Christ Jesus. This weeks solo episode, I update you guys on how life has been going for me. Your Gal has been really going through the fire. Which lead me to the topic of the week. When we are tested by God our faith is tested and we are challenged by how we choose to respond and react to these moments or seasons. The “ refining fire” we call it. Our faiths genuineness is revealed. We chat about why we go through test and trials, how we can strengthen our faith and what it looks like when our faith is strengthened. Clay shares his testimony and love for worship through music. It was such a pleasure speaking with him and hearing his wisdom. I really enjoyed this episode so much, it helped me cultivate a deeper understanding for worship.

This weeks guest episode is a friend of mine, Lachie Jessop, people say the way you can recognise a true follow of Jesus and Christian is by the way they live. Lachie embodies that since the day I meet him, his love for the lord has always been a great example to me. This weeks episode is one not to be missed, husband and wife guest, “Israel & Maria Folau” share their testimonies and walk with god throughout life. What a journey it has been for them over the years. They have faced so much controversy around their faith and love for Jesus, this conversation being the first time they have spoken out in 6 years. The Holy Spirit filled the room and gods presence was felt. A conversation that elevates and glorifies god in every way. What a privilege it was to have them on the poddy. Two of the most incredible people whose lives are dedicated to sharing the true word of god and hearts are devoted to Jesus. I know this will encouraged so many of you and also strengthen your walk with the lord.

This week we talk “obedience” and how we walk in obedience to what god places on our hearts and listening to his voice. We discuss people in the bible who are great examples of “obedience” Jesus being the sublime example.

The lord opens doors and calls us at certain times of our lives that test our obedience. We ask what god has been putting on our hearts lately.

We talk about ways we can hear gods voice and how we can live in alignment with gods will and plans for our lives.

We know that he works for our good and for his glory. I hope this episode spoke life into you and encouraged you.

This week the conversation continues “ relationships part 2”. We discuss the importance of becoming the person rather than finding the right person. We talk about holdong up the mirror and seeing the areas that we may need to work on rather than pointing out what others need to change. Shifting our focus, summiting to god and allowing him to lead our lives. Understanding the waiting, learnings and lessons we experience that prepares us for the next season god is walking us into.

First guest on “Church Gal Podcast”, I had the pleasure to have the man after gods heart, Mitch Orval join me for a conversation lead by the Holy Spirit. 

Mitch shares his testimony and the moment he was touch by the Holy Spirit. He speaks into the encounters he’s had on his walk with god. We chat about life struggles, distraction, parenting, relationships, things that we all navigate through in life. 

Real, vulnerable and heart felt are the perfect words for this episode. 

I’m grateful and privileged to have had the opportunity to have Mitch on the poddy. I know that this episode will speak into many of your lives and struggles you may be experiencing. 

How incredible it is to see god moving, All glory to our Heavenly Father, we give him the glory, he gives us the victory. 

This weeks episode we discuss what it means to “ seek first the kingdom of god”. We use the example of Jesus and how he embodied this in his life, teachings and ultimately the cross. We talk about “Love over survival” and give examples on what it looks like to seek god first daily in our lives and also what distractions there are in the world. It is not easy, but we can position ourselves in life, where we are pulled closer to god, rather than away from him. I believe when we continue to put god first, seek him daily and live in obedience. We then live in a place of alignment to Gods will and plans for us. Again thank you for tuning in to another episode, as always I hope it has encouraged and uplifted you.

This weeks episode is all about our heart posture, identifying what things we may be holding onto in our hearts that aren’t serving us. Things that we need to give to Jesus and lay at his feet. We talk daily heart checks, so that the tone of our heart posture points towards jesus. We discuss how we can tune our hearts daily. We talk the fruits of the spirit and what go through each of them that encourages us to be more like our Heavenly Father. God is the vine, we are the branch. What fruit are we producing in our lives, lastly we discuss being a light to others and allowing our light to shine, so that god may be glorified through us. I hope this episode spoke to you and encourages you to be more like Jesus.

This weeks episode we deep dive and ask ourselves the questions we don’t usually ask ourselves enough or often. Who am I? What defines me? What do I allow to define me?

Identifying who we are and who God is to us, from there we know who we are in him. We discuss what the enemy use’s against us and the things we allow to have power over our lives.

Lastly we speak about “comparison” and how that impacts us in our lives.

A reminder to be mindful of the words we speak over our lives also, let’s speak life into our conversations, let’s speak the word of god over our lives.
