SOZO Fitness and Nutrition was born out of the realization that Fitness by itself can be a very dissappointing and fear filled path to walk. We will be creating an Online platform providing all the essentials to success for the Christian Fitness Seeker. Your physical life should never be seperated from your spiritual life. Our aim is to retrain the mind of all our clients, to not just think about loosing a few pounds or getting that last bit of belly fat off but what they can do to just lead a healthier lifestyle and achieve all their other fitness goals along the way.
