The Morning Mindset App was developed with one aim: to deliver simple, practical & enjoyable steps for a total mental and physical transformation.
Everything has a positive aspect. Everything! Even the most painful or difficult situations have a silver lining to them. When we fail to recognize these positive aspects and only focus on the negative outcomes or qualities of a certain person or situation, it makes it easier for sadness, depression, and doubt to creep into our lives. We recently had an exclusive conversation with the UK's own Laurence James, Founder of The Morning Mindset App. We chop't up about life, state of happiness, and the journey through mindfulness. The next time that you are dealing with something painful or difficult, try to take a step back from the situation and assess it logically. Listen to a powerful conversation that will ignite your soul and shift your perspective. Visit Laurence James' website https://www.morningmindset.co.uk
