Ep 138. Corpse Bride (2005) with Jess D

Today we we're getting married...just not sure to whom yet.

Jess D returns this week with a far less traumatizing movie than last time. This week we take a look at - Corpse Bride (2005)

Young Victor (Johnny Depp) and Victoria are to wed, though they've never met. The marriage has been arranged by their families for their own personal goals; for Victor's parents it's to climb the social ladder, for Victoria's it's because they're broke. Being as nervous as he is Victor escapes into the woods to practice his vows where he inadvertently weds himself to the long dead remains of Emily (Helena Bonham Carter) whose bones lay hidden within the woods.

So play a jingle on the piano, watch as the dead rise to the land of the living and practice your vows as we wed the - Corpse Bride (2005)
