She has been Food editor for some of the most renouned SA magazine titles; True Love magazine, Afropolitan and Destiny Magazine. Her cookbook Vegelicious is a delectable guide for the African vegan/vegetarian. The success of this book has led to a first of its kind collaboration with the restaurant chain Mugg and Bean to add some of her dishes to their nationwide menu and has led to her opening her pop up restaurant at the Dubai Alkebulan food hall. She shares her experience and knowledge with us on this episode
