Today I have the pleasure of a sit down with Arthur Ramoroka, Corporate Nutritionist at Tiger Brands, making him one of SA’s leading voices in food, nutrition, and health. He is passionate about evidence-based nutrition and translating the science of nutrition into simple, practical lifestyle messages that inspire people to lead healthier lives. He holds a Bsc in dietetics and a Master of Science degree in Food science and Innovation from Manchester Metro University, UK. He is a registered dietitian with HPCSA. He is a creative in the kitchen passionate about simple wholesome cooking and balanced eating. He is one of the judges on the TV reality cooking competition Colour Your Plate with KOO which is now in 3rd season.
