Having a background in geology and engineering set her up for a successful career. Kim Cowman is a licensed Mechanical Engineer from Omaha, Nebraska. She studied Architectural Engineering for undergrad and then went on to receive her masters from University of Nebraska. Kim’s current role is National Director of Engineering and has been in that role since early 2020. She is responsible for the overall growth and performance of all of the engineering practices across the firm.  Her firm has engineers that practice mechanical, electrical, structural, commissioning, fire protection, and architectural lighting design.
