Cheeeeesy 79 Sakè!
As part of James Street's Food and Wine Trail, Beeso had a chat to Marie-Louise Theile from The James St Initiative and sakè expert Ioanna Morelli before her sold out degustation matching food to sakè at Harveys. We also talked a little whisky, Japanese food and cheese making. The Food and Wine Trail starts today, get more info here.  Also check out the book on eating in Japan, Rice, Noodle Fish that Ioanna contributed to, you can get it at Scrumptious Reads.
