As the trial of the century comes to a close in United States vs. Sunseri, Max and Tedy discuss the recent media blitz and how some Jackson locals may be jealous of Michelino's accomplishment.

The National Park Service came out and said, from Frank Lands himself, that NPS no longer supports prosecuting the case. But the esteemed Ariel Calmes didn't listen, ignored a Executive Order, and proceeded. Will it come back to haunt her?

We also talk about the broader implications of over-criminalization in America, but specifically on Public Lands. The Federal Government spends 6.9 trilllion each year.
