Its been a while since my last published episode!
This episode is my biggest yet - with 3 guests, Denise, Monica and Autumn, sharing their journey to the Chicago 2024 marathon. They are all running for charities. They share why those charities, how their training is going and who they will be thinking about on the course. Grab the tissues as it got a little emotional!
"Until you know exactly what you want and where you want to go, then its really difficult to set any sort of course change to know you are going to hit that target"
