There have been so many times in my life where I didn't know how to do something, and so I just avoided it. For example, when I was in my 20's, I really wanted to scuba dive. But I avoided it because I was afraid I would fail.
Have you ever done this? Im sure most of us have.
Over years of development and listening to the great minds in Personal Development, I came to understand something - When we start doing that thing we are avoiding - We get better at it, and we develop more confidence to do it again.
It's a vicious circle really isn't it - Avoid things you don't know and never progress or grow, or start acting now, get a little better and more confident everyday, and grow as a person.
