
With the changes to many work situations at present related to coronavirus, there is a lot more working from home arrangements than there used to be.

This week, one of my clients got the call up overnight to say, 'your team need to work from home'. She is now managing a team of 12 people remotely, when before they were in an office. For her that's very different. That's a lot of change, and understanding how to effectively lead in this situation can be challenging.
Working in an office environment is very different to working from home. And there's already a lot of change and fear and uncertainty happening as a result of the coronavirus. To now throw in the mix that people need to work from home, is also going to add to the fear, the stress, the overwhelm, the uncertainty that comes up for human beings.
