I let my feelings drive my decision making, until I learnt a better strategy! I (painfully) learnt that my emotions and my feelings were always the best thing to follow when it came to making decisions...

So I learnt new skills.... I learnt more about the brain, I learnt how to still take action despite how I was “feeling” in the moment... and melt of all I learnt how to kick self doubt to the curb!
