Unfortunately, grief is part of the human condition.

At some point all of us will lose someone or many someone’s we care deeply for. Grief cannot only cause emotional issues like anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness , numbness of emotion etc.but can also manifest in physical ways like headache, nausea, aches and pains, restlessness, it can even Weaken our immune system and lead to chronic disorders like cancer and heart disease .

.But Grief doesn’t just show up when someone dies — it appears in moments of loss, change, and heartbreak. It can be silent, lonely, and long-lasting. And in our fast-paced world, grief is often something we’re expected to move on from far too quickly.


What if grief isn’t something to “get over,” but something to walk through — with compassion, understanding, and even creativity?
