This week we are sitting down with Dr. Casara Andre and taking about alternative medicine. Through her clinical experience and her organization "care for the Healer," she is finding new ways to heal our patients, our clients, and ourselves. Traditionally we focus on the end of the leash (our patients) and often forget those on the other side (pet parents & ourselves.) During our conversation we talk about a "One Health" approach, seeing our patients as a whole and learning to manage our mental health along the way.
