I am Christopher Medina. I go by Chris or Christopher, but have no preference. I have always had an interest in nutrition and holistic health and wellness dating back to high school. I used to buy into the propaganda of plant-based diet and lifestyle. In early 2019, I discovered the YouTube channels of Dr. Shawn Baker and Dr. Ken Berry.
As I learned about the benefits people experienced on the diet, I kept it in mind while taking everything with a grain of salt. Over the next two years, I considered doing the carnivore lifestyle as I listened to the growing number of successful carnivore diet testimonials.
In July 2022, I started the 90 carnivore challenge. I consumed mostly beef, eggs, butter, bacon, cheese, and some occasional fish, pork, and chicken. My acne mostly cleared, my energy levels were through the roof and consistent, I could better articulate my thoughts, my mental clarity improved, I felt happier, I felt more motivated to exercise, and more.
Over time, I shared my experience with friends and family. Few people were interested in trying it and I guided them for free. The people I helped saw improvements in their quality of life and one of them, who was previously infertile, restored her monthly cycles and had two daughters.

38-year old husband and father, Nate the Carnivore Cop has been in law enforcement for 13 years, working some of the most violent crime neighborhoods in his state.
Nate’s Keto / Carnivore journey began roughly 3 years ago. He’s lost 90lbs and relieved joint pain. At 5’9”, his highest weight was 270lbs, he is currently 185lbs. In the process, he’s acquired 17lbs of muscle, and counting.

Sylvie Bourgeois suffered for 10 years from painfully aggressive IBS, with diverticulitis infections involving trips to the ER and antibiotics at twice least a year.
