Hita Hejmadi, is a trainer by profession, writer by passion and Mom by choice. A strong adoption advocate. Spent 18+ years as a working professional mostly doing what I love. Worked in the areas of L&D, OD, Employee Engagement, Internal Comms and DEI. Currently work with Simplilearn, and Edutech firm in the Product and Innovations team. When not working you can find me bingeing on movies, books and coffee or creating memories with my animal-loving daughter!
G S Rajarajeshwari lives by the principle that each person needs to be respected, irrespective of their position. She believes that each one of us can achieve much more than what we think. She currently works as the Head of Finance in Siemens, a performance coach and a freelance organisation consultant.
