今次分享好友阿KA的經歷～
雖然誠心錄完，不過也沒有信心能打動今集的主角——阿KA的媽媽，因為我心切明白，要改變上一輩的想法，其實也是不可能的任務，不過我本着一定要溝通的心去試試分析一下，始終小朋友也不能脫離祖父母，也很想他們學懂怎樣去愛身邊的老人家。

雖然案例係講點樣可以讓小朋友自己瞓覺豬，但並不是去比較別家孩子可以自己瞓到，我們就要跟着學，不是這個意思，而家這集想帶出討論，其實家長係面對小朋友不願自己瞓覺時，家長應如何定位？
教養育兒沒有絕對正確的方法，因為每個小孩也是獨特，但大方向係，小朋友是需要有機會一個靜下來，沒有其他人陪伴下，試試一個人去完成一個自己有能力完成的任務，能夠做到後，慢慢建立出自信！
有自信，看這個世界的事情就會變得不一樣，當壓力來臨時，自信能夠引領，去慢慢完成能夠做到的事，人在世，頭五年建立人生觀，望家長在這黄金時間，跟孩子一同努力學習，共勉～
