If you think being calm is just a silent breeze,
it’s not; it’s staying firm with trembling knees.
It’s sitting with fear when it won’t go away,
and holding doubts that show up to stay.
Some days, calm feels like folding the mess,
or faking a smile in a wrinkled dress.
But you take a breath, you make it through,
not for the world, but for YOU being you.
A calm woman’s not just for the ‘gram,
she is the everyday truth, not just a glam.
It’s choosing herself, her highs and her lows,
giving all of her a safe place to grow.

Poetry is Alive in Calm 🍃
Life's never truly perfect, and neither are we,
but what if our flaws were the key to be free?
What if each mistake helped us understand,
that growth begins when we take a stand?
In the quiet moments, we slowly find our way,
learning to breathe and to let go each day.
Being calm doesn't mean life has no storm,
it's finding inner peace in a different form.
Mistakes aren't burdens; they help us grow,
teaching us the things we all need to know.
To truly calm is to embrace imperfections,
to find peace, somehow, in every directions. -sg

Poetry is alive in calm 🍃
There once was a little girl wishing to be
someone she couldn't be and foresee.
You know that girl, the one hiding tears,
swallowed by waves of unspoken fears.
"Be strong," they said, "don't let it show,"
so she buried the ache, kept her head low.
But seasons teach what silence conceals,
in winter's frost, and the heat that heals.
Her heart learns to be calm and wide,
that heart is now mine, no need to hide.
Strength in calm, I've learned somehow.
The girl I was, the calm woman I am now.

Poetry is alive in calm 🤍🍃
If you ever thought of a woman as calm,
do not believe her crown of charm.
In becoming calm, she learns to stay,
with the part of her that pulls away.
The voice that says, “you’re not enough”,
that life is hard and love is tough.
She used to let her be, hiding her face,
but now she meets her with gentle grace:
“It’s okay to feel this way”, she says,
“to take it slow and find joy in small ways.”
So if you cross a path to someone so serene,
know how much it took to stay in between.
