From hilarious social media fads to nostalgic throwbacks we wish would make a comeback, we're breaking down the trends that have us hooked, the ones that make us cringe, and the psychology behind why we follow them in the first place.

On this episode of CIGD, it was Lee's turn to pick the ingredients for us to cook with. We finally got a challenge! Kemmy was stumped on how to use puff pastries, Amanda feels too embarrass to show her cooking video, and Lee made her fancy shmancy English dish. Meow.
