Mary’s story is inspirational for all young girls like us. At the age of 14, Mary was approached by an angel telling her she would give birth to Jesus. Mary did not question the existence of the Lord, but rather instantly obeyed. So often we respond in doubt and hesitation. We are startled by the presence of the Holy Spirit and run away instead of INTO the Father’s arms. Imagine having the willingness to receive such news and respond in such contentness. Mary did not wait for clarity, but obeyed God from the start.
