This is such an important topic, especially in our go-go-go society where even getting our kids to slow down feels impossible sometimes. What We're Talking About: Why God built rest into our lives (and it's clearly very important!) How to walk the road to rest without sprinting through life The difference between comfort and being comfortable Finding Sabbath rest in the beautiful chaos of motherhood How taking on Jesus' yoke actually makes our load lighter Key Scripture: Jeremiah 6:16 - "Stand at the crossroads and look. Ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls."
