For the longest time, I was afraid to post. I worried about what people would think, if I was saying too much, or if I was even doing enough. But once I finally started putting myself out there, everything began to shift.
In this episode, I’m sharing how posting on social media completely changed my life. I built stronger relationships, connected with people I never thought I would, and most importantly—I started building real confidence. The more I posted, the more I grew, and the more I realized that showing up online wasn’t just about content—it was about becoming me.
If you’ve ever held back from posting because of fear, judgment, or overthinking, this one’s for you. Let’s talk about what’s possible when you stop hiding and start showing up.
About five years ago, I put down some money for a pre-construction project and my life has not been the same. I did not really know what I was getting myself into nor did I really care to know at the time, but now that I know...WOW...there is so much that goes into it behind the scenes that are not talked about enough or at all.
This video is just a short summary of the things we had to do throughout and what it might look like for you. I am just grateful that I did not do it on my own and that I did it through a Joint Venture Partnership.

Before getting my real estate license, I definitely did not understand what exactly credit was and how it affected me or my future.
These three steps were a big eye opener and they made all the difference once I started to apply it.
Did you know all three of these?
Joint venture is an arrangement whereby two or more persons agree to contribute goods, services, or capital to a common commercial enterprise and in this case, in real estate. This is how I was able to get into real estate by 25 years of age and you can too. And then consider the level of involvement some joint ventures may involve a silent passive investor while others may require operating partner the last thing to do is to make sure
For as long as I can remember, I always sought validation from a guy that I liked or a relationship I was in and I never saw myself worthy to be with them so I was more fixated on getting them to like me. I did not love myself to know what I wanted out of these relationships, all I remembered was that I just wanted them to like me. It wasn't until 2 years ago that I realized that only when I truly love myself, will I know what I need and want in a long lasting relationship.
Nola and I met in university and when I found out she got her real estate license, I had to stay connected with her. She trades in Calgary and has a lot of success stories but on this episode we both share how it has been going for us so far in the industry and we also talk about a funny experience we both had during different showings with our clients.
No one prepares you for the way social media changes you. When I decided that I wanted to take social media seriously, I did not know that my life was going to change the way it did. My life changed in so many different ways but mainly in terms of mindset. I had to re-learn a lot of things that I thought I already knew. I also had to understand that you actually have to enjoy and be passionate about what you are doing because in the end, it will truly be worth it.
There are a lot of pros and cons of owning your own home, but people focus more on the pros and disregard the cons not knowing it also has an effect.
You are welcome to the official first episode of building me. Pastor Michael Todd said its only crazy until you do it right? so here we go. This is something I honestly still do not feel fully qualified to do but I believe that this is one of the things God is calling me to do so, lets go!
This is not how I wanted to start this, but I knew that if I did not start it then, when would have been the next question. I decided to open this podcast with me looking back and reflecting after one year of getting my real estate license and thanking God for how far he has brought me because I believe that it is important to first thank God for what he has done before asking for something else.
