Futurologist Max Thinius will be one of the keynote speakers at our buildingSMART International Summit 2025, which will take place in Berlin from September 22 to 24, 2025. He will talk about the future of construction – a future full of opportunities, if we are willing to see and seize them. According to Max Thinius, only 16 percent of our prospects are negative, while 84 percent are positive. This raises the question: Why do we always focus on the negative aspects?
